Refund policy

Refunds and Replacements

You may receive a full refund for any items that are damaged, provided that you submit a photo of the damaged item in advance. We allow for cancellations if the order has not yet shipped from our warehouse.  In addition, we offer a one time replacement for any order that you are unsatisfied with for the cost of shipping only.  Any refund or exchange requests received after one week following receipt by you will not qualify for a refund or an exchange.
